Day One Fitness is a nonprofit gym that provides high intensity exercise programs designed to improve the quality of life for clients living with neurological conditions. Our clients live with conditions including Parkinson’s Disease, Alzheimer’s Disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke recovery, mild cognitive impairments, and other similar issues.
Our fitness classes provide high-intensity exercise centered around non-contact boxing. Classes may also include cardio, weightlifting, calisthenics, stretching, and more. We are also especially interested in finding a coach who has some late afternoon/evening availability (4:00-6:00 range, MWF).
