Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Provide weekly executive status reports to key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact between IT, business units, and external vendors.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Project Management Tools:
- Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent to track project progress and maintain documentation.
- Issue Resolution:
- Identify potential risks and issues proactively.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to resolve project-related challenges.
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead project teams, ensuring all members are aligned with project goals and timelines.

Qualifications:
