To succeed as a Jewelry Sales Consultant, you will:
- Engage & Connect: Build positive, collaborative relationships with guests, team members, and partners. You’ll create meaningful connections through understanding desires and offering thoughtful, personalized, and customized recommendations.
- Proactively Support Customers: Stay informed on industry trends, and promotions to inspire guests through expert guidance that resonates with the emotions and sentiments most meaningful.
- Support the Team: Collaborate with team members to support and enhance customer experience, ensuring everyone feels supported, respected, and valued. Collaboration is key to success.
- Visual Merchandising & Product Care: Ensure displays are reflective of the brand’s elegance and beauty. Maintain an appearance of cleanliness by ensuring all cases and products are visually appealing, properly cleaned, well-maintained, and tagged with accurate pricing to showcase the value of the pieces offered.
- Leverage Technology to Enhance Services: Gain proficiency in software such as Adaptive, BirdEye, and Microsoft applications, utilizing technological advancements to enhance experiences and contribute to company growth and sustainability.
- Exceed Sales Goals: With a foundation of trust and empathy, you will meet and exceed sales objectives by harnessing product knowledge and forming lasting client relationships through understanding the sentiment and lure of jewelry.

Salary range including a robust incentive plan: $35,000-$95,000 per year (based on a 40-hour work week).
