We're looking for a full time Guard to join our team.

This position pays $19.74 per hour!

We’re looking for a full-time, Guard to join our Day & Zimmermann team located in Texarkana, Texas

As the Guard, here’s the work you’ll do:

• Protects all vital and restricted area, equipment and materials.
• Checks all persons, vehicles and materials entering the plant area.
• Alert and observant of any unauthorized persons within the confines of the plant, employees who are in areas other than those which they are authorized to enter.
• Regulates traffic in plant areas, enforces rules, regulations, general, special and standing orders essential for production against accidents, fire, and other hazards.
• Makes patrols and watch rounds with adequate frequency.
• Operates authorized radio communication equipment.
  
  

This role is for you if you have these skills:

• Previous related work experience.
• Basic Security Officer Training Course Level Two Certificate of Completion. Not required but Preferred.
• Current Registration with the Texas Private Security Board, not required, but preferred.
  
  

And If You Have These Qualifications

• High School or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license that coincides with state of residence unless application recently moved from another state. Must be able to pass a background check & drug screen.
