The Role
As a Home Office Financial Advisor, you will:
Support field-based advisors by engaging with new and existing clients across Pennsylvania
Build relationships through discovery, education, and strategic financial planning
Work with an underserved client base that truly values financial guidance
Operate in a team-oriented environment while maintaining an entrepreneurial mindset

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of client-facing financial services experience
FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63, 65, or 66 licenses
PA Life & Health Insurance License, required
Key Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to engage and educate clients in financial planning discussions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Proficiency in CRM systems for tracking client interactions
