- Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing feedback to parents as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures.
Skills
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Experience in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable.
- Strong caregiving skills with the ability to nurture children's emotional needs.
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
- Experience working with students of various ages and backgrounds.
