About the Role:
We’re looking for a high-attention-to-detail, self-motivated person to join the DayDreamer Domes team as our Hospitality Housekeeping Pro. This isn’t your average housekeeping job—this is about creating beautiful, inviting spaces where guests can fully relax, recharge, and enjoy the magic of our one-of-a-kind glamping resort.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and vibe of our domes, clubhouse, float center, and common areas—inside and out. Every corner matters here, and your work will directly impact the guest experience.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Dome Cleaning: Each dome is a 400 sq ft studio-style space with a bed, full bathroom (including shower/tub and toilet), mini fridge, and seating area. You'll be resetting these between guests—changing linens, scrubbing bathrooms, wiping down surfaces, vacuuming, and making sure everything is spotless and guest-ready.
- Clubhouse & Float Center: Maintain a high level of cleanliness in these shared spaces, including restrooms, seating areas, float tank rooms, and prep zones.
- Common Areas: Keep outdoor and indoor communal areas tidy, including light trash removal, sweeping, and occasional restocking of supplies.
- Report Issues: Alert management to any maintenance needs or supply shortages.
- Quality Checks: Perform thorough walk-throughs to ensure everything looks and smells great.
- Occasional Guest Interaction: Be professional, friendly, and respectful if you encounter guests during shifts.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of housekeeping or cleaning experience
- Strong attention to detail—you notice the things others miss
- Comfortable working independently and staying on task without direct supervision
- Physically capable of bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and moving at a steady pace
- Comfortable working in a setting that combines indoor and outdoor environments
- Reliable transportation and ability to stick to a consistent 4-day work week
- A positive, can-do attitude and pride in delivering high-quality work
