We’re looking for a Resort Operations Assistant who’s ready to be on their feet, get their hands dirty, and jump into whatever the day throws their way. No two shifts are the same—and everyone on our small but mighty team wears a few hats. You might be helping check guests in one minute and breaking down an event setup the next. If you like variety, this is the job for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist the Resort Manager with daily operations and special projects
- Handle guest communications, check-ins, and reservations
- Tidy and restock public areas, help maintain dome readiness
- Support event setup, logistics, and cleanup
- Pitch in wherever needed—cleaning, organizing, lifting, or problem-solving
- Alternate between admin tasks and active physical work (expect to be on your feet most of the day)
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Comfortable with physical tasks (cleaning, lifting, moving supplies)
- Team-oriented—we all pitch in, whether it’s sweeping the floor or welcoming VIPs
- Detail-focused and organized, even when things get busy
- Tech-comfortable (Word, Excel, booking software—nothing fancy, just the basics)
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person
