DayDreams, a local, family-owned day spa, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Location Manager to lead our team of about 15 professionals. We’re passionate about delivering top-tier customer experiences and creating a positive work environment. Position Overview: As the Location Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring guests have an exceptional experience and staff have the necessary tools to provide that experience. You will:
- Manage personnel and keep day to day operations running smoothly.
- Coordinate staff training and development to ensure high service standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and help maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Step in to cover the front desk when needed, such as during employee absences.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all company procedures and policies are followed.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the spa’s team of 15 staff.
- Promote and sell retail products to enhance the guest experience.
- Greet clients and maintain professional, friendly interactions with all guests.
- Coordinate daily tasks and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
Position Requirements:
- Prior experience in spa, gym, salon, hotel, or hospitality management is essential.
- Strong HR and personnel management background.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
