Position Summary: An Accounts Receivable Clerk works diligently to help maintain smooth office operations. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office, ranging from filing and scanning to basic bookkeeping. You must be reliable and hardworking with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Famous Software ERP, office equipment and general office procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs clerical duties, including typing and data entry.
- Operates office machines, including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
- Copies, sorts, and scans records related to incoming payments.
- Daily postings of electronic payments and checks in Famous software.
- AR Collections via phone and/or email.
- Account forecasting.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with Famous Software, preferred.
- Proficient in 10 Key.
- Good driving record and reliable vehicle required.

Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Clerical experience preferred.

General Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing and scan is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
- Driving/climbing in and out of a vehicle.
Mobility and Travel:
- Minimal Travel is expected for this position in the local Reedley & Dinuba surrounding areas.
Handling and Inspection:
- Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying boxes of fruit or samples, typically weighing up to 25-30 pounds.
- Manual Dexterity: Ability to handle and inspect fruit samples, requiring good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Office Work:
- Seated Work: Extended periods of sitting while working at a computer, attending virtual meetings, and completing paperwork.
- Computer Use: Frequent use of computers, which involves repetitive motions such as typing and using a mouse.
