JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests.
To include but not limited to:
- Greet guests with a warm, personal greeting.
- Check guest list guests into the Venue.
- Scanning of online pre-sale tickets.
- Accept and record in person guest list additions or check ins.
- Handling of guest entry tickets and drink tickets.
- Assist with events as needed.
- Must be knowledgeable of Venue promotions and events.
- Update and maintain all Guest List Sheets and Software.
- Provide support to VIP Hosts and Management.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: (Include equipment knowledge/use)
- 1-2 years experience in ticketing, special events, promotions, or marketing nightclubs or restaurants and/or related experience in a ticketing, special events, promotions or marketing internship or related university marketing course work preferred.
- Good communication skills; multilingual is a plus.
- Ability to read and write in English proficiently.
- Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. and active participant in social media.
- Positive attitude, self motivated, energetic and is a willing learner.
- Ability to follow directions well, make quick decisions, and keep organized while under pressure.
- Ability to perform a variety of duties with extreme care, concern and detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a high stress & a high-volume environment.
- Professionally groomed in a manner consistent with department grooming standards.
- Physically able to walk without assistance and stand on various surfaces for an extended period of time.
