Pay Scale: $17-$18.50
Summary: Responsible for providing support and care to meet the physical and psychological needs of consumers through providing direct and indirect care. Our mentors are a vital part of our treatment team providing critical support to children ages 6 through 17.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing ongoing one-on-one support and mentoring to children recovering from crisis.
- Facilitating daily check-in and skill-development groups under the supervision of clinical staff.
- Leading daily recreational activities and mealtimes.
- Completing routine documentation regarding provided services and child observations.
- Assisting medical, nursing and clinical staff as needed.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required with a minimum of 1-year experience providing behavioral health or crisis services to children. AA degree or a BS/ BA degree preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age and proficient in reading, speaking, and writing.
Salary : $17 - $19
