Pay Scale: 45k-48k
Summary:
Coordinates and oversees assessment activities, convenes Child and family Team, consults with community and professional resources, and links to appropriate services. Also provides and coordinates behavioral health services and other interventions to support symptom stability, increase youth’s ability to cope, and enhance the youth’s capacity to function in an inclusion setting or maintain in community based services. Provides crisis intervention to youth recipients; monitors and documents the status of client progress. Participates in the PCP planning process. Work with school personnel, program staff and other professionals in facilitating implementation of client treatment plans. Maintain the confidentiality of client and program information.
Special Attributes: Strong psychosocial, clinical assessment skills. Minimal supervision regarding use of time, able to prioritize work assignments. Ability to communicate effectively with professions and clients/families. Ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Responsible for the observation and daily supervision of Associate Professionals/Paraprofessionals assigned to the program.
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or other related field. Must have at least two years' experience working with children/adolescents in related field.
Qualifications
