PayScale:
LPN: $23-$27/hr.
CMA/Med Tech: $17-$18.50/hr.
Summary:
Provides nursing services to the medical unit. FBC is a 24-hour Residential Service, open 365 days a year. Potential for full-time, part-time or, PRN (on-call as needed), based on facility need. Day, Night, and weekend positions available.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides medication evaluation, medication checks, calls in prescriptions, obtains samples, sometimes may provide individual, group and family therapy and subsequent paperwork.
- Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning, case support activities
- Provides crisis intervention consultation to all members of the team
- Participates in peer review process for therapists
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Education and/or Experience:
LPN: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and prefer one year of experience in nursing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CMA: Minimum of High School Degree and obtained certification from the Board of the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA). One year related experience and/or training preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Med Tech :High School Diploma and certification as Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Medical Technician.
Salary : $17 - $19
