Duties Include but not limited to:
- Helping patient with daily functions, such as dressing or taking a bath and toileting care
- Housekeeping, such as vacuuming or doing laundry
- Grocery shopping and cooking meals
- Taking patients' vital signs/giving them medication reminders
- Scheduling doctor's appointments or other meetings and organizing transportation
- Recording and reporting to nurses about the patient's health status
- Teaching patient self-care skills
Qualifications:
- Current and valid CNA, GNA or HHA certification
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Strong patient service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to carefully follow protocols and rules regarding the patient's care
- Ability to address minor medical issues
- Availability to work every other weekend if needed
- Must be able to stay past the end of a shift if needed
- Current negative PPD
- Able to pass a background check
- Must have current CPR certification or able to take class within one week of hire
- Must be able to transport client in own vehicle (Uber, Lyft, Bus and/or family member not acceptable)

Vaccination is NOT a requirement to work with us however in some cases a vaccinated caregiver is requested by our clients.

Experience:
- Caregiving: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Required)
