House Cleaner

Days Ease Inc Residential Cleaning, Since 1989 is looking for a Residential Cleaning Team Member to join our family business of professional cleaners! We are looking to hire before May 1st!

One Part-Time position available:

Wednesdays and Fridays every week. Opportunities for additional working days.

8:00 am to approximately 1:00 pm. (End time will vary depending on each days work schedule & your time management & efficiency)

We typically clean 3 houses per day., but could be as few as 2 or as many as 4. You will be working and riding with a Team Lead.

Work only a few hours a day but get paid equivalent to $20 an hour! *(You get a percentage of each job worked, you are not paid by hour) Paychecks are issued biweekly.

Pay includes tips & seasonal bonuses.

No nights, no weekends, no holidays!

Days Ease Inc is a family-owned residential cleaning company serving the Northern Pinellas County and West Pasco County area for 35 years! We provide weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning services to customer’s private residences. We also do deep cleaning, post construction cleaning, and move in/move out cleaning.

Requirements:

• Must be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Actual work days and hours will be Wednesdays & Fridays 8:00am to about 1:00pm, depending on each days work schedule & your time management & efficiency)
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work (Tarpon Springs)
• Must be drug free and able to pass a background check
• Must have clean presentable appearance & friendly customer service
• Must have strong work ethic and be ready to work!
• Must be able to work in teams of two

All Residential Cleaning Team Members (Team Leads & Team Helpers) will be responsible for ensuring all customer homes are thoroughly cleaned to include thorough and detailed dusting, cleaning & sanitizing of kitchens and bathrooms, vacuuming, and mopping.

Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Paid training provided.

The Residential Cleaning Team Member will meet their Team Lead at a designated location in Tarpon Springs and will ride with their Team Lead for the day. It is preferred applicants live locally to Tarpon Springs or immediate surrounding area. MUST have reliable transportation to and from work.

Opportunity for full time work, 5 days a week and advancement to Team Lead for motivated, responsible team members. Must have valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle. Position advancement comes with pay increase.
