We are seeking an enthusiastic part-time Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience. The front desk also assists in breakfast and or laundry duties.
This position is for 1 weekend day, 1st shift, and 1 weekday, 2nd shift, with occasional additional weekdays scheduled.
Compensation:$12 hourly
Responsibilities:- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing with accuracy.
- Balance cash at the end of each shift and generate reports for the next shift.
- Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person, including groups
- Greet guests and patrons to find out their room needs as well as the reason for their visit and manage the registration process
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address and resolve guest concerns promptly.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

- Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
