As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive guest experience.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them into their accommodations
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate guest information in the system
- Assist guests with check-out process and handle payments
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person queries promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guests' needs efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
*Experience*
- Previous experience in hospitality, resort, or front desk roles preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
