Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize supply levels.
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the team.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting.
