We are looking for a Hotel Front Desk Representative to serve as our guests's first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodations. Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include, but not limited to: Registering guests, checking guests out, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities, local attractions, etc. This for the 3pm-11pm shift.
Responsibilities: Perform all check-in and check-out tasks, Manage online and phone reservations, Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit card data, Register and verify all guest information, Welcome guest upon arrival and assign rooms, Provide information about hotel and local attractions, Respond to guest comments and complaints in a timely and professional manner, Work with housekeeping to ensure all rooms are clean and ready for occupancy, Confirm group reservations, Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
Requirements: Experience working at the front desk of a hotel, experience with Synxsis Operating System preferred, but not mandatory, Outgoing personality. Must have attention to detail and willing to be part of a team committed to offering amazing customer service.
