Lambert Hotels at our Days Inn & Suites Downtown Missoula-University is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Duties :
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility components.
- Coordinate repair schedules to minimize disruption.
- Fabricate and weld components as necessary for repairs or improvements.
- Execute hotel painting tasks to maintain aesthetic quality.
- Able to work with drywall, flooring.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests and co workers promptly and professionally.
- Utilize logic for troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
