Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent guest services.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate guest services and requests.
- Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests promptly.
- Prepare daily reports for management review, summarizing occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in guest relations and guest services to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
