Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance and longevity of flooring materials.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established schedules and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
- Assist with commercial cleaning projects as needed, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs promptly.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure high-quality housekeeping management across all areas of responsibility.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial work, or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to sanitize and clean effectively in various environments.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor while interacting with clients.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care methods is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong time management skills.
- Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
