Duties

- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
- Assist with reservations, modifications, and cancellations using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred, especially in a hotel or resort setting.
