Gas Station Attendant
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Gas Station Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining the cleanliness of the service area, and ensuring that fuel dispensers and convenience store items are fully stocked. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with fueling their vehicles and provide information about fuel services and promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service station, including restrooms and convenience store areas.
- Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure products are well organized and displayed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor fuel levels and report any issues with fuel dispensers or equipment to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues promptly and courteously.
- Perform routine maintenance and light repairs as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail environment is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to [X] lbs and stand for extended periods.
