Key Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive training and adhere to company policies regarding shifts, guest privacy, and property handling.
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards.
• Perform tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting floors, carpets, and surfaces.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and restock guest amenities, toiletries, and towels.
• Deep clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and countertops.
• Handle laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding linens.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping calls, including spills, maintenance needs, and restocking.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and ensure they are guest ready.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages of cleaning supplies.
• Safeguard and return lost and found items appropriately while maintaining guest confidentiality.
• Notify supervisors of maintenance or property damage issues.
• Disinfect, clean, and store equipment after each shift.
• Collaborate with fellow housekeepers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Perform occasional deep-cleaning tasks for rooms and upholstered furniture as needed.
• Follow established housekeeping procedures and protocols to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and guests.
• Problem-solving skills to address unexpected cleaning or maintenance issues.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills contribute to a positive and cohesive work environment.
• Knowledge of safe handling and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Location and Relocation Requirements

This position is based in Flagstaff, AZ. Applicants must either reside locally or plan to relocate before their start date. Reliable transportation is required.
