Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained in optimal condition. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge in HVAC and electrical systems, as well as the ability to fabricate and troubleshoot various maintenance issues.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Manage maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, low voltage, and high voltage electrical systems.
- Utilize tools such as voltmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues effectively.
- Fabricate parts or components as necessary to support maintenance operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate facility management tasks and projects.
Skills
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills for effective team management.
- In-depth knowledge of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems.
- Expertise in HVAC systems installation and repair.
