Job Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
Responsibilities
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of the building
- Weld and fabricate as needed for repairs and improvements
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking work orders and inventory
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience in facilities maintenance
- Ability to weld, fabricate, and maintain equipment
- Proficiency in CMMS software is a plus
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in English communication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
