We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of infant children.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Assess and document children's progress through observations and assessments.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and share best practices.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive environment.
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to provide an optimal learning space.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current in early childhood education trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting is essential.
