As a Marketing Operations Specialist at DaySmart, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing day-to-day marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with the marketing team to build, deploy, and improve campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness. This role is ideal for someone with foundational marketing operations experience who is looking to grow their expertise in marketing technology and campaign execution.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy marketing campaigns including emails, nurtures, and drip campaigns using Marketo.
- Assist with campaign setup, segmentation, and audience targeting to ensure accurate and effective marketing efforts.
- Support lead management processes, including lead routing, scoring, and database maintenance in collaboration with the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure campaigns launch on time and align with overall marketing objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting efforts to measure effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.
- Assist in the management and optimization of marketing technology tools, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to marketing automation and operations.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience working with Marketing Automation Platform, Marketo is preferred.
- Hands-on experience creating, testing, and launching email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, nurture/drip series).
- Understanding of A/B testing, scheduling, and deliverability basics.
- Basic understanding of reporting and analytics related to marketing campaign performance.
- Familiarity with marketing technology tools and general marketing operations best practices.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
Salary
- The salary for this role is $65,000 to $70,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, internal equity, etc.
