Direct Support Professionals Needed!
We are looking for caring and responsible individuals to provide support to loving and kind individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in both home and community settings.
**No Experience? No Problem!** We offer fully paid training to empower you at Dayspring and enhance your skills and resume!
Schedule: Alternating Weekly Schedule
Week 1: Friday 10 AM to 10 PM & Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 10 PM = 40 hours
Week 2: Monday through Thursday from 1 PM to 11 PM = 40 hours
Responsibilities:
To provide support, supervision, care, and guidance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting their growth and development.

To ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals in a safe, secure, and pleasant environment.
To assist in the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans for Participants, aiding their learning and growth.
To support Participants in their journey toward greater independence in self-care, daily living skills, socialization, and community engagement.

Minimum requirements for employment include but are not limited to:
- High School Diploma or GED*
- Current and valid Pennsylvania Driver's License*
- Proof of age (minimum 21 years of age)*
- Clean Pennsylvania criminal check*
- Clean FBI background check*
- Proof of Exclusions*
- Ability to pass a urine drug screen*
- Ability to pass physical examination and PPD/TB testing*
- Good expressive and receptive communication skills, both oral and written in English*
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team*
- Ability to work the schedule as outlined*
- Reliable and professional*
- Experience in Working with people with developmental disabilities - preferred
