Account Manager
LOCATION: Remote (two in-person team events a year in MN)
Dayta is a growing, innovative company providing fractional marketing strategy and execution for small to medium-sized B2B companies. We help them grow, they help our communities prosper.
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to help our clients grow their businesses through Dayta’s services.
Responsible for:
- Understand account business objectives and align services appropriately
- Develop strategic client roadmaps
- Build presentations and present client performance reviews and roadmaps
- Manage client marketing strategy and client budget
- Retain existing customers by building and managing client relationships, ensuring client needs are understood and satisfied
- Ensure projects and deliverables maintain high-quality results
- Proactively provide ideas, opportunities, and regular communication with key accounts
- Support the Pod and execution teams in prioritizing work and communicating scope changes to clients while maintaining project profitability
- Recognize at-risk partnerships and prepare mitigation strategies
- Accomplish net revenue goals through account retention and growth
- Support attribution specialists and cross-functional teams by facilitating accurate data flow and alignment across platforms, helping ensure effective marketing attribution and performance insights
- Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and internal specialists to manage accounts effectively within a team-oriented environment, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and successful project outcomes
