The Julian & Marjorie Lange School is a kindergarten only building that serves approximately 130 students.
Job Summary :
The position serves as a key point of contact for staff and supports the daily operations of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assists with scheduling of interviews for teaching and selected classified positions.
- Maintains certification / license records for all staff.
- Completes onboarding of new employees
- Prepares personnel section of Board Agenda.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee files (digital and physical).
- Creates and processes employment contracts
- Tracks certifications, background checks, and required trainings.
- Answers questions / concerns regarding residency, custody, transfers, tuition, attendance and enrollment.
- Maintains record of all approved job descriptions.
