Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with inquiries, prepare bills of lading, and maintain excellent communication with external and internal customers.
You may be asked to assist with payroll, data entry, freight reports, driver collect reports, and billing and filling.
Qualifications:
You should have skillful Microsoft Office skills, excellent keyboarding skills, and experience in fast-paced environments with attention to detail.
A high volume of phone calls, exceptional communication, and customer service skills are also essential.
Legally eligible to work in the United States, at least 18 years old, and fluent in English are required.
