Key Responsibilities:
- Perform fine paint touch-up on parts to ensure a flawless finish and meet quality standards.
- Remove masking and address any imperfections on painted surfaces before quality inspection.
- Sand, buff, and mask products as needed to prepare them for painting or finishing.
- Buff or polish imperfections to meet workmanship and industry standards.
- Follow all DG safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience with sanding and filling processes (priming and painting experience is a plus).
- Ability to read and understand work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Ability to work long periods wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Physical ability to lift, reach, and pull up to 25 lbs.
- Regularly required to stand, sit, and move around the facility.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
