Dayton High School is seeking a Health / Physical Education teacher to work with students in grades 9-12. Oregon Teaching License required, Health and Physical Education endorsements required.  Salary based on experience and placement on licensed salary schedule.   JOB SUMMARY: To provide education services to students in a classroom setting. The teacher is responsible for student academic achievement, including instruction and maintaining student discipline. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: *Bachelor’s Degree or higher. *​Hold or be eligible for Oregon Teaching Certification with High School Level authorization and endorsements in Health and Physical Education. *Ability to establish positive working relationships with students, staff, and parents. *Willingness to work with extra-curricular activities w/ emphasis on high school and/or middle school coaching.
