STEM Middle and High School Dean of Students

The Dayton Regional STEM School (DRSS) seeks an individual to serve as Dean of Students for our Middle and High School for the 2025-2026 school year. This individual will join an existing administrative team to assist in the operation of an independent public STEM School located in Kettering, Ohio. Major roles and responsibilities will include monitoring student behavior and building/protecting culture, handling preliminary discipline referrals, serving as testing coordinator, investigating absence and tardy issues and helping to ensure compliance with state and federal mandates.
 

Minimum Qualifications	5 years experience in a K-12 educational environment Educator license Bachelor’s degree Ability to work independently and make effective decisions High energy and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications	Past experience working as a testing coordinator Administration experience Experience with Project Based Learning Administrator License
