Objective:
Assemble products according to customer specifications while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test components to meet specifications.
- Read blueprints and follow assembly instructions.
- Assemble, position, and fasten parts using hand and power tools.
- Align and adjust parts for proper fit.
- Connect wires, hoses, and tubing as specified.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Knowledge of tools, materials, and production processes.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand and move 95% of the time.
- Lift up to 40 lbs. frequently.
- Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
Environmental Exposure:
• Oil, grease, and noise levels up to 88 dB.
