Objective:
Operate machinery to produce parts that meet customer specifications while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Operate tools and machinery as per experience level.
- Align, secure, and inspect workpieces for accuracy.
- Follow blueprints and work instructions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment.
- Provide feedback on process improvements.
- Train personnel as assigned (Levels IV-V).
- Complete paperwork and maintain records.
- Promote and adhere to safety protocols.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in setup and operation of equipment
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for most of the shift, lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Manual dexterity and close vision required.
Environmental Exposure:
• Oil, grease, and noise levels up to 88 dB.
