What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Sales Manager, Denver and Northern Colorado position at Dazbog Coffee Company?
Dazbog Coffee, the Rocky Mountain region’s largest independent (and still family owned) coffee company is rapidly growing and looking to make some additions to our sales team. We are looking for driven, fearless, and results-oriented sales professionals to join our team. This position will focus on street level sales of Dazbog to food service establishments, offices, and other coffee users primarily along the Front Range of Northern Colorado, North Denver, and Cheyenne. You will call on breakfast/brunch spots, independent coffeeshops, hotels, attractions, and other coffee users in the region.
About our Company
Dazbog Coffee Company has been roasting coffee in Colorado since 1996. In addition to roasting, Dazbog has 20 coffee shops in many prominent locations like DIA, the Colorado Convention Center, and UCHealth. Our office is located along I-25 near the Colfax interchange and completed an expansion to significantly increase production capacity. The renovation also included new corporate offices, a tasting room for sales efforts, and a brewery for our Nitro Cold Brew line.
You will initiate new sales opportunities, pursue warm leads that come directly to our office (or through one of our many distributor partners), and maintain customer relations with existing and newly acquired accounts.
Qualifications:
- Love of coffee and desire to learn more about the industry
- Food Service industry experience a plus (worked in or sold into this channel)
- Previous sales experience a plus (preferably in food service and/or selling through distribution networks)
- Network of industry connections, especially in food service
- Territory coverage – North Denver and Suburbs, Northern Colorado, and Cheyenne
Core Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong organizational skills required
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience using CRM systems preferred (HubSpot is Dazbog’s CRM)

Compensation: $50K to $60K base salary, plus an estimated $10K to $20K in bonus/commissions, and car/cell phone allowance. Participation in Dazbog’s Employee Health Benefit plan.
Candidate must already reside in Colorado. No relocation offered.
