We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive sales and manage accounts with wholesalers, distributors, and chain stores. This role requires a proven track record in B2B sales, and account management, with the ability to strategically grow partnerships and expand market presence across diverse regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify potential customers and build a strong pipeline of leads.
- Use cold calling, networking, and research to generate sales opportunities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the client base.
Client Relationship Management:
- Meet with clients and prospects in person to present products or services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Sales and Negotiation:
- Present products and services, highlighting their benefits.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Close deals and meet/exceed sales quotas and targets.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the marketing and product development teams.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Track sales activities, lead progress, and forecast sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales in CRM system.
Customer Support and Follow-up:
- Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Follow up on sales to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Google Drive.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not always required).
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Valid driver’s license (if required to travel extensively).
Work Environment:
- This position typically involves significant travel within a designated territory.
- Work may be performed from a home office or regional office when not meeting clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
