Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings. A background in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Follow established safety protocols while performing cleaning tasks.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure that all areas are cleaned according to company standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
