This role is ideal for a compassionate and detail-oriented nurse looking to provide essential care to patients in a home or facility-based setting.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform G-tube feedings and maintenance, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Operate and manage respiratory equipment, including cough assist devices, suction machines, and nebulizers.
Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to RNs or physicians.
Educate families and caregivers on proper equipment use and care.
Assist with medication administration and daily care routines.
Qualifications :
Active LPN license in NJ
Minimum 1 year of experience in G-tube and respiratory equipment care.
Strong communication and patient care skills.
BLS certification required
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
