Key Responsibilities :
- Perform G-tube feedings and maintenance, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Operate and manage respiratory equipment, including cough assist devices, suction machines, and nebulizers.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to RNs or physicians.
- Educate families and caregivers on proper equipment use and care.
- Assist with medication administration and daily care routines.
