Dazzle Healthcare LLC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with experience in tracheostomy and ventilator care. This role involves providing direct patient care and assisting with medical treatments in home and facility-based settings.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform tracheostomy and ventilator care, including suctioning and monitoring.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist with patient assessments and report changes to the RN or physician.
Educate patients and families on care procedures.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications :
Active LPN license in NJ
Minimum 1 year of experience in tracheostomy and ventilator care.
Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
BLS certification required.
