We are a millennial-owned small business with a big heart for education, and we’re looking for dedicated, enthusiastic individuals to join our team of exceptional tutors! As a rapidly growing company, we currently serve over 56 students across the South Florida area and are excited to expand even more in the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. Who We're Looking For:
- Car Required: Since we service a large area across South Florida, you’ll need reliable transportation to travel to in-person tutoring sessions.
- Experience with Children: If you have experience tutoring, teaching, or working with children in any capacity, that’s a plus! However, we’re also open to anyone who is passionate about helping students learn and grow.
- Availability: We’re looking for tutors who are available in the afternoons and evenings, as those are our peak times. Flexibility is key—whether you’re looking to tutor 5 hours or 10 hours a week, we’ll match you with students according to your schedule.
- Ideal Candidates: This role is perfect for college students, recent graduates, or anyone looking for a meaningful part-time opportunity in the education field. We value people who are eager to learn, adaptable, and coachable.

- Expected Hours: 5-10 hours per week (based on availability)
