- Identify and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute improvement plans and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
- Train and mentor staff on continuous improvement practices.
- Monitor and report on the progress of improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Proven track record of leading successful improvement projects.
