Graphics Artist with strong social media and marketing skills

DB Research is seeking a talented Graphics Artist with strong social media and marketing skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, creativity, and an understanding of digital marketing strategies. This role will involve creating visually stunning content, managing social media platforms, and contributing to marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create high-quality visual content for social media, websites, advertising, and marketing materials.
• Develop graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and creativity.
• Manage and grow social media accounts by developing and scheduling engaging posts, stories, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, banners, and email campaigns.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Stay up to date with design trends, social media algorithms, and emerging marketing techniques.
• Assist with video editing and motion graphics for multimedia projects (if applicable).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphics Artist, Social Media Manager, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Experience creating and or following schedules for marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a huge plus.
