Responsibilities of a Sales Representative:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for potential customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues; Face to Face.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients through networking, community outreach, and sales strategies.
- Use effective sales techniques to identify customer needs and generate qualified leads.
- Manage daily outreach, follow-ups, and client interactions to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with sales teams and management to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
- Oversee the execution of sales campaigns and ensure client success.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of client brands, promotional services, and revenue goals.
Sales Representative Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Retail, or Account Management (preferred).
- Degree in Business, Communications, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of sales strategies and customer demand.
- Ability to analyze market trends and collaborate with sales teams to meet client standards.
