- Provide exceptional customer service to the vendors, manufacturers, global hub staff and customer using the following system tools: HP Open View, Web portal ASN upload, and Inview
- Create and handle service calls, change orders, and work orders
- Assign all service calls, change orders and work orders to the proper parties for handling
- Communicate status updates via email communication
- Follow prescribed work instructions outlining all hub processes
- Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests. Knowledge and Skills (The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel):
- This is a senior level position.
- Proficient with Windows OS, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Generally prefer 3-6 years customer service experience.
- Transportation/logistics/warehouse experience preferred.
- Adaptability in a fast paced environment a must.
